Меланхолия
Okay.
Haven't updated in a looong time.
So now I am going to have to write about everything since the last I left off.
Chinese New Year celebrations.
It was okay.
Afterwards was the Food from the Heart food drive.
It was quite fun.
Although a bit scary and sad at the same time.
I was paired up with QY and Ms Cai so they did most of the talking.
In the end, we didn't manage to collect that much.
Although we did end up getting an entire box of rice.
Interesting.
Afterwards, was lunch at Subway.

закончился
It is finally over!
Haven't blogged in a while.
The SATs were quite horrible.
Spotted 5 vjc people.
And 2 of them were j3s.
~
Monday.
Went to the tree house again.
And Weeshan suddenly talked about this Katy Perry song about showing her one's peacock.
WTH right?
Bio and GP was as usual.
~
Tuesday.
5 periods of lecture.
I sat next to Andy and Kenny.
And Andy got a bad seat.
And suddenly a stink came from Kenny's side.
And I was like hmmm...
Then after lecture, it turns out that it was the people on the left of Kenny that stunk.
Chem lecture.
Rate equations!
Quite fun.
Chionged to canteen.
For some reason.
Econs.
Again it was really good.
I mean good as in really productive.
And you actually get to learn something instead of just going through answers.
Maths was quite good.
Probability, being easy, meant that I managed to constantly be ahead of Miss Cai.
Some confusion over question 5/6.
Weeshan suddenly went psycho for a short while.
Doing tutorials and assignments.
Peer mentoring.
And I am so dead.
I feel like I'm losing track of time.
Like time is just passing me by so quickly.
And I'm not even able to grasp at it.
Starting tomorrow.
I'm determined to master time.
~
I had a really strange dream last Monday.
It was...
A total nightmare.
And yet it was such a nice dream.
I always think that dreams are nice because you can sort of live out some unimaginable scenario that is otherwise impossible.
But this one was...
Was definitely a nightmare.
And yet it was so sweet.
You can be a sweet dream or a beautiful nightmare
Either way I... don't wanna wake up from you
And it was a really really strange dream.
I was full of fear yet full of courage.
So fearful yet sympathetic.
Keep tellin myself that its not worth it
I already know I don't deserve it
But if its from you I don't might hurting
This is my perfect nightmare
So when will I wake up and scream
NO WAY
NO WAY
No Way
no way
no way
no way
...
~
Recently brought up topic.
What genres of music do I listen to?
Well, I guess it really is what Andy says mostly pop/rock.
With moderate bits of metal and indie.
And some parts r&b.
You know nothing much.
But if you ask me what languages of music do I listen to?
I guess it would be English first.
Followed by Jap.
Then Russian.
Next is Korean, French and Chinese.
And I usually put Spanish and Portuguese together.
And others.
~
Looks like I have run out of things to say.
And I'll most definitely be screwed tomorrow.

Еще один день!
Yeaps.
Only one more day to go!
The practice scores aren't looking that good.
And I'm really scared that I would make some careless mistake during maths.
Today was quite horrible.
It was mock test today.
And after that I felt so horrible.
I only managed to pass SBJ.
Barely.
And now I think I really really really have to work on my pull ups.
Urgh.
Econs tutorial was really good.
Although he didn't go through the tutorial, it was really good for revision and clarifying some doubts.
We were late for maths.
But with reason.
Albeit lousy.
But just for self-assurance that I wasn't truly late on purpose.
We had to collect something at the lockers apparently.
Anyway.
By the time we got there, the whole LT was full except for the last row.
And I was trying to find the class but failed to do so.
So I was looking down for quite some time.
Which I think Ms Cai noticed.
And then Ms Cai scolded us.
I think it was almost completely directed at us.
(There were others that strolled in at the same time)
And I was really scared Mr Ho would come after us.
Anyway, the lecture was quite okay.
(The stuff being taught)
Nothing really exciting happened though.
I noticed Clarence sucking water from his bottle (as Tracey had mentioned).
Sherman was sleeping.
Weebian suddenly left towards the end.
And it was noticed.
Kenny was as usual.
Hmm...
Interesting how I have never seen Kenny sleep in LT5.
And I have never seen Sherman sleep in LT1.
And Rebecca shared her mentos.
Afterwards was GP.
Quite a good lesson.
Huda and I discussed with Shirley on the Gaza strip situation.
And it seemed that she missed out a few things during her research.
And had a few notable misconceptions.
And I was supremely surprised that her mun-like-thing was TODAY.
Went for Bio H3.
For some strange reason, everyone seems to be sitting at the same tables.
It was quite fun.
She asked about evolution.
And the whole class was silent.
I wanted to define it but it was just to awkward.
Rained really heavily.
And Chem H3 always seems to end a lot later.
Preparing for SATs.
It's all happening so quickly!

Еще два дня!
Not including today, since today is practically over.
And not including Saturday since it is the day itself!
Anyway.
SATs are coming real soon.
And I'm not kidding.
The number of hours left is less than a hundred.
Feel really stressed about it right now.
I'm not sure whether I'll be able to do well!
Especially worried for the essay.
Followed by the critical reading and the writing questions.
Which is actually everything.
But in that order.
So stressed!!!
Kenny got a gift!
He said it was a late Christmas present.
But I was adamant that it was an early Valentine's Day present.
And how right I was.
CT was the usual.
Tutorial was as usual.
Lecture was as usual.
Talking about traditions we were going to pass down.
Hmmm...
Actually we had very minimal contact with the senior class.
And it would be quite cool if the WHOLE class did the escalator thing.
And I think wearing back the secondary school uniform would be quite fun.
But I really think I can't fit any more.
Dead dragonfly on the steps to LT1.
Although after the lecture, it is evident it has been carelessly trampled upon.
Briefly had a pet ant named Tommy.
Noticed that a few strands of Venus' hair was standing up during Bio lecture which glowed under the projector light, making it seem like an antenna.
HAHA.
You know the monkey attached to Venus's bag?
It's a space monkey!
Why?
It's on Venus!!
LOL.
And that kind of sums up the day.
Hmm...
Didn't post about yesterday.
Yesterday was jackets/sweaters day.
But I didn't bring either.
And I seriously regretted it.
Yesterday definitely was the coldest day in LTs/Classrooms this year.
*Brrrr...*
5 periods of lectures.
4 periods of tutorials.
Mentoring Sherman for Chem.
The highlight of the day was getting to eat so much food being passed around during maths.
SO NICE.
Amazing.
Wow.
Okay, should really get back to preparing for the SATs!!

Юмористический
Today was quite humourous.
First was Bio.
Everyone sat in one row.
And a half.
Then it was Chem.
And realised that almost everything has been gone through already.
Econs lecture.
All the rows had been taken up.
And those that weren't had screwed up seats.
Okay.
Lecture was quite okay.
After that was break!!
So nice!!
First time having a two period break!!
Feels so good not having to chiong eating or doing work.
And the queues were über long.
So we decided to go up to the treehouse.
Such a long time since we went to the treehouse.
Anyway.
Weeshand was looking at this guy doing pullups while I was freaked out by this floating creature.
And she thought I staggered because I saw the guy doing pullups.
What?!?
Anyway.
Played Monopoly Deal.
The cheap version from Hong Kong, apparently.
And then suddenly the flying creature came up to be again.
And I really didn't know what to do.
Other than blow of course.
And it flew towards Weeshan.
It wasn't directly towards Weeshan.
It was like float float float *closer*, suddenly started to land.
And Weeshan freaked out.
Sorry Weeshan.
And then suddenly everyone realised that those creatures were EVERYWHERE.
On the railings, on the floor, floating around.
Creepy.
And then Sherman came and started vociferously talking about how he is just SO good at monopoly deal.
And it was really very loud and irritating.
But funny at the same time.
LOL.
Then suddenly Sherman got freaked out by the flying creatures around him.
But Ariel was the exact opposite, she was touching them!!
Then continued playing until...
Suhui suddenly jumped up and freaked out and screamed a bit.
And I was like huh? Was the creature flying towards her?
Noooo.
It was much worse.
There was this black lizard crawling on the action cards in the middle.
SO FREAKY!!
*Although I'm laughing to pieces as I write this*
And this time I freaked out!
Because it was facing me.
And it started coming towards me and Weeshan's side.
And I was like Don't come to me! Go away!
And it did.
It went towards Weeshan.
And Weeshan was so stoic.
And she was like Nothing what?
Nothing?
NOTHING!?
From my perspective, it crawled under Weeshan (Weeshan was sitting down with her legs crossed) and she was wearing a skirt.
I was damn scared for her.
But in the end she got up and got the lizard to shoo.
But in the excitement, Weeshan's iphone fell out of the treehouse!
It wasn't like it inched out or was pushed out.
It was flipped out as Weeshan got up.
And we heard the loudest and longest and most shrill scream of the day.
As Weeshan ran down to collect her phone.
By then I was laughing to bits.
But still quite worried for her phone.
I hope it's okay!
And Sherman said something about karma.
Okay.
Ate lunch.
Quickly went to sign up for subject days.
Same as Andy.
Making soaps.
Applications of Physics and Maths in Defence (I like!)
Marina Barrage.
Inception (I hope we get to see the movie!)
Went for Bio prac.
Really fun!
Okay not really fun.
It was boring for a bio prac.
But fun compared to other periods.
Marginally.
Except the bands of DNA didn't separate.
So we really couldn't deduce anything.
After that was GP!
The GP teacher was really nice.
And seemed really good.
Repeat the above two sentences.
Nothing left to say.
Had to read up the notes and start doing the tutorial for H3!
Many of the things aren't really in the notes.
But I guess we kind of know it.
Went for Proteomics Première!
Although I was slightly late because I thought that the lesson was still at T26!
Turns out that they had moved to Synapse.
It was actually quite fun!
And interesting!
~
Ranting:
OMG.
Everything now is so pissing.
Like the internet didn't work at first because of the new modem.
And so pissing.
Unbelievable.
And now it's so laggy that I just want to implode.
And some things are not going out right.
Urgh.

Худший день
Completed my report.
Preparing for SATS, which is a killer.
School as per normal.
But.
Today...
Today...
*sigh*
Worst day this year.
Unbelievable.
Okay it all started...
Good.
Everything was turning out better than normal.
Everything was prepared for.
Then suddenly.
An inquiry about a key.
And everything was just halted.
With no chance to react.
And then everything was gone.
Why?
Why?
For the.
Why was it so bad?
1 Everything was going out smoothly and it was very much anticipated.
2 There was a fair bit of preparation.
3 The can be done any day, but this is a progression.
4 The was done because of the potential waste, but the waste is exactly the same!
5 Apparently, the is more important than me.
Whatever.
Then afterwards, I had to spend the rest of the afternoon getting the handphone plans and internet broadband subscription and the tv subscription.
Which ate away the whole afternoon.
After which was an inescapable dinner and finally I am back home after 10.
Hurray for me!
Like what the hell.
WTS.
WTF.
Anyway.
The day has ended with me writing about this.
So I guess I would have to move on...

Первый день в школе
First day of school.
Late start day!
As usual Andy was the first in our class.
That actually sits at the canteen.
Doing Physics tutorial.
So I joined in and did bio tutorial.
Went to class.
FIRST time bio gets to stay in the venue while Physics moves.
Such a nice feeling.
If not for the fact that the last time, we had to climb from the top floor to the bottom and then to the top again.
But now they only have to go to the adjacent classroom.
Anyway.
Everyone looked slightly unfamiliar.
Strange feeling.
Biology and Chemistry.
And during each, when the teacher mentions about a homework Weeshan was like *I have no idea what that is! I have never heard of such thing in my life*.
Not phrased exactly, but that summed up her reaction.
Econs lecture.
The lecturer is quite good I think.
After that I thought we had to go for break then come back for another lesson.
But it turns out schools over!!
Yay!!!
Went to Thaipan.
But did pullups first.
And as usual I was the most fail.
And Clarence was undoubtedly epic.
Anyway.
Went to Thaipan.
Kenny recollected his skiing experience in Hokaido.
Where a sudden double entendre popped out.
LoL.
Then I had to go back to the lab to collect the stuff I accidentally left behind.
Looking back.
This internship thing was really interesting.
I got to learn a load of different plant species.
And yes, it was actually quite fun.
But anyway, I still have to work on the report.
Looks like I will need an overhaul.

Праздники
So the holidays have ended.
And this is what basically happened.
Did more transects.
Transcribed more data.
Analyzed the data.
Write the report.
And finally it is completed!
And along the way there was...
A Christmas party with charades.
Christmas Eve holiday.
New Years Eve holiday.
A fish died and emitted quite a lot of blood.
Probably overfed.
The B didn't know how she was to water the pitcher-like plants.
So she water just one pot.
True enough that one started turning brown.
The carnivorous plants aren't eating well.
Was given a star apple.
Interesting.
Got into some trouble.
Introduction to R.
Found out that some more data was needed.
Thanks SY for helping collect and collate it.
Went to both herbariums.
Got freaked out by a lizard.
Edged away from a wasp.
Just remembered I forgot to pay for some stuff.
Outside of NUS...
Got my money rapidly literally eaten up by someone.
Played Pokemon DPP.
Yes I'm so ashamed.
But it's still fun!
Used an emulator.
So everything moved exactly 10 times faster.
But I still found it too slow.
So normal speed must be killer!
Watched The Tourist.
It was kind of twisty and turny towards the end. (!!)
But otherwise it was quite slow moving.
Also, it turns out that Tom Cruise was supposed to play the lead.
But that would turn out *bleh* XP.
Then it was Sam Worthington who was supposed to play the lead.
And that would be so...
It would be so different!
In a good way.
But despite the fact that AJ still looks good with her really really nice dressing (the clothes in the show was really really good [At least for AJ]), she would be too old.
I mean the age difference would be too much.
Especially since it seems that they should be really on par.
Because they are "working together" to avoid interpol.
But Alexander Pierce should be slightly upset that she becomes unfaithful to him.
Unless she was in it from the beginning.
But it doesn't seem that way...

День рождения
Een citaat van een vriend van mij.
THURSDAY
Went for another transect.
FRIDAY
Went for another transect.
SATURDAY
Watched Walking With Dinosaurs.
Really really nice!
Really really lifelike!
And again there was so many people using flash when they said not to.
SUNDAY
Birthday.
Thanks everyone for their wishes.
Even got a comment the next day that my whole page was full of wishes.
True.
But I guess he would too if his friends are actually going online frequently.
Yes, it's true you people are online all the time or what?
Had a French re-spark.
MONDAY
Everything was slightly awkward...
But it passed.
Questionable debate occurred.
Of course I just wanted to be out of everything.
But I guess some people were too considerate.
Then awkward silence after that...
TUESDAY
Went for a transect at Tuas!
Got attacked by loads of mosquitoes.
Seriously pissing.
And almost all of the trees had beaver ants!
Argh!!
But there was very little epiphytes to record.
Afterwards, went into the grassland to look see.
Walked into really tall grass.
(Oh no! We don't have any pokemon with us!)
And it got really squigy.
There appeared to be Bamboo Orchids.
And also this fern with fruit.
The fruit is fleshy and had a large single seed (as compared to the fruit on a whole).

биологическая олимпиада
Biology olympiad.
Was really really really difficult.
There was seriously no time for the biochemistry part.
Had no idea what a curvette was.
Like the curvette wasn't even curvy.
And how are you supposed to complete BOTH parts in 1 hour?
Crazy.
But the vortex was really cool and fun.
Screwed up the plant cutting.
Had seriously no time to do the smear.
And the flies were a bit crazy.
So was the genetics.
Lunch was really nice.
Best provided meal ever.
This year.
Since provided meals in Scouts is incomparable.
The beans were super easy.
The crabs were super difficult.
But at least you could spout something.
Just from observations.
Unlike the other pracs.
But I'm seriously not sure whether crustacean B has only 6 legs or did someone before me tore out the last 2 legs.
Because I see 4 legs attached.
2 legs floating around.
And I see what appears to be leg stumps.
But I wasn't really sure...
Next was prawn dissection.
Had to remove appendages from the prawns.
Starting from the appendage directly behind the eye.
Just remove and remove and remove.
And there was supposed to be 19 appendages.
So I took out all there was.
Only 18...
Cut out the eye and put it on the board.
...
...
...
No, that's not right.
Cut out the part beneath the eye, since it sticks out just slightly...
Hmmm...
That could be it...
And the rest of the questions were uber hard.
During the debrief, the lecturer said something like you all should remember the parts.
And begun to recite them with some of the students.
And we're like huh?
Later on saw 2 people with notes.
Each one from different schools.
Eh?
They look like the same notes!
And they showed all the parts of the prawn!
But then I look at the coordinators and realised that some are one year our senior.
Realisation dawned upon me.
Those who were selected for the Singapore team would of course teach their juniors.
So they would be more prepared for it.
Then it made so much more sense now.
At first it seemed that it was purposely really hard and a little bit random in the sense of how much extra stuff you know.
And I was like surely everyone would be getting single digit marks right?
So difficult.
Then now I realised that with the preparation, the test was actually doable.
The test wasn't made for everyone...
...
We just need one person to get in.
Then that person can teach the next batch.
And surely they would be more prepared from then on...
For the theory test, you just need to study that textbook.
But for the practical test, you would really require preparation that you can never get from textbooks and websites...
Oh well...

Drymoglossum
Is everywhere.
Seriously!
THURSDAY
Looked for journals and such.
Quite difficult...
And attempted to go for a survey.
But it started raining quite heavily...
:(
FRIDAY
Looked for journals and such.
Did I mention it was difficult?
Finally met up with the Honours students.
Interesting...
And very thankful one of them sent me some journals to use!
That may have sounded a bit like "eeerrrrr... not very exciting?"
Again, did I mention that it was difficult to find journals?
SATURDAY
Went to the Raffles Museum of Biodiversity!
Quite fun!
And good thing too since Biolympiad required me to learn all the animal phyla and insect orders.
And if I remember correctly the plant families too but that truly is quite crazy.
At first I was pondering a lot on whether or not to go.
Because it would be extremely awkward!
And in the end, it was!
But not was much as I thought, since only 2 people/parties came.
I blame computer games for my excessive use of "parties" whenever I refer to a group of people...
Heh.
After that was another spammage of Criminal Minds!
But I still think that the earlier episodes were nicer...
SUNDAY
The whole day was one big rush.
Couldn't do anything!
MONDAY
Went for another transect.
But this one had very little epiphytes.
And it was raining lightly.
Haha during lunch.
I found a screw in my fries.
WTF?
Okay.
And besides I was really full from the fish anyway.
So I didn't finish my fries.
That's an understatement.
I didn't eat my fries.
And luckily, there were okay with it.
Just that one of them asked to play Pick up sticks to see who will eat the rest of the fries for me.
But I just said I didn't know about it, because I didn't want them to find the screw.
It would be a bit awkward.
So they started asking me about old shows and stuff to see if I knew.
I know Transformers, but barely.
I definitely know Heman and Shira.
And I would stick pick Shira over Heman any day.
But they thought it was some remake...
Nothing to say.
And THEN they started talking about stuff I REALLY didn't get anymore.
And I was truly confused.
TUESDAY
Did another transect in the morning.
This one had loads of epiphytes.
And loads of cats!
Bonjour!
Sorry, for some reason I have this belief that cats are actually French in nature.
Anyway, I was attacked by mosquitoes.
Seriously, they were buzzing around me and kept latching on to my arm.
And I had to keep on flicking them off.
Urgh...
A lot of new plants.
~
I don't remember when, but I watched Easy A.
It was really good!
Especially Emma Stone.
You know for some reason, this is kind of like Lindsay Lohan in Mean Girls.
They look pretty much the same.
They become notorious when they try to do good.
And they end up screwing everything up.
But still get the guy.
But also the reputation is still there at the end.
Anyway, I love it when they make references to lit pieces.
This one was the Scarlet Letter.
And the way she acts after she changes her outfit to one with a red A is so wow.
And the plot is good too!
Especially when an incident in the past is brought up again.
~
Interesting.
Some people aren't shy and some people like to be alone.
Closed the curtains.
Starting to.
Look up.
Stare.
"Should I leave?"
"No"
I can't believe that happened.
~
Anyway, I made it into the second round of biolympiad!
The practical test is tomorrow.
I'm not really worried.
Because whether or not I get into the next round, it will still be okay!
Still not very comfortable about the taxonomy...
Delighted to find out that the venue for Biolympiad is just in front of the place I go to everyday!
Oh joy!
Maybe I can go to work during lunch!
LoL.

Сложная проблема
FRIDAY
Went to the survey site.
Learned quite a number of trees.
But it is very difficult to remember...
SATURDAY
Trying very hard to recover...
SUNDAY
^_^
MONDAY
Spent the entire day doing work.
Wow.
It was difficult.
Difficult.
Nearing the end, they saw that I was dying already.
So they brought me out to look see look see the transects.
TUESDAY
Went to Kranji reservoir to collect water.
However, there was some authorization issues so we had to wait a while before they could let us in.
The cat quite cute!
And it was really fun!
She dipped this mechanism into the water.
It looks like a capsule of some sort with a lid that is loosely hanging around.
Then she just releases the weight, then the lid somehow closes.
Unbelievable.
And she had these really cool bags to put the water in.
Afterwards was a bit of horror.
*sigh*
Looking back...
If only I could turn back time...
Claim your right to science,
Claim your right to see the truth
Though my pangs of conscience,
Will drill a hole in you
I've seen it coming like a theif in the night
I've seen it coming from the flash of your light
So give me strength,
to face this test tonight.
If only I could turn back time,
If only I had said what I still hide
If only I could turn back time,
I would stay...
Sorry for the side track again.
But you get the idea.
*sigh*
WEDNESDAY
All hell breaks loose.
This must be a double whammy or something.
OMG OMG OMG.
*scream*
...
But luckily it is alright.
They were really open to it.
And from this I can say that the prof is really really really good.
Like formulating new projects almost instantaneously.
Anyway.
SY didn't seem too happy.
I wouldn't too.
*sigh*
But at least he kind of cheered up a little afterwards.
But the problem yesterday wasn't resolved.
At all.
*sigh*
Maybe I need to bring chocolate coated potato chips.
And all will be solved.
Who couldn't resist chocolate coated potato chips?
Like seriously?
Sinful squared.

Выздоровление
I'm undergoing convalescence!!
Yay!!
Went for school.
Rushed to project.
Went for school.
Rushed to project.
Went for school.
Rushed to project.
Went for school.
Rushed to project.
LT5 aircon is repaired!!
Yay!!
The office people are really friendly.
One of them appears to bake a cake every fortnight (a guy?).
And another one gave me a slice.
The cake was quite nice.
But the "caramel" thing on top wasn't.
Yet another one of them gave me food.
And food which I like.
The type of food only people my age and young would like anyway.
Good food.
I wonder who stocks the food cabinet...
Maybe I should bring a peace offering to them or something.
In a dramatized sort of way.
And apparently they have this badminton day.
Interesting.
The guy sitting behind me was an ex-Victorian.
Turns out he was supposed to teach bio but backed out last minute.
And he knows quite a few teachers we know.
Anyway, there was this other guy.
Who seemed to be slightly older than the rest.
By just a bit.
He is...
He's....
Cause you're hot then you're cold
You're yes then you're no
You're in then you're out
You're up and you're down
You're wrong when it's right
It's black and it's white
We fight, we break up
We kiss, we make up
You. You don't really wanna stay, no
You. But you don't really wanna go, oh
You're hot then you're cold
You're yest then you're no
You're in then you're out
You're up and you're down...
Sorry for the side track.
Still thinking of the song since Weeshan mentioned it today...
Anyway, I just can't seem to understand him.
Anyway, apparently they were talking a lot of crap.
And I wasn't really listening.
Except sometimes when they were extremely loud.
Like"it's karma" then going off into a pun.
And then the x started saying like not to say all these stuff because I'm here and all that.
While he said something about me knowing everything, legal age and stuff.
And x started telling me to ignore all of them and try not to get influenced and stuff.
And then he asked me "you know what a lp is right?"
I turned me head and looked at him.
And x was like "don't answer him! don't answer him!"
And I was like "ya"
And x was like "Nooooooooo!!!"
LOL.
Funny.
Yesterday, they also taught me how to pin Lepidopterans, more specifically from the Division Ditrysia (but seriously that is no way any specific).
[It has become a little complicated because of the moth-butterfly classification debate.]
It is actually very difficult!
I got the opportunity to pin a cheap moth.
And failed terribly.
Broke of the main vein so many times.
Now it looks a bit like frills.
Don't laugh!
And did I mention that the lab had a tank of carnivorous plants!
SO cool!
I think it must be the coolest thing in the lab.
Unbelievable!
Makes me want to own one too...
But feeding it may take a little too much work...
Gave Mr Koh the present.
Hahaha.
I'll miss Mr Koh.
TODAY
Last day of school.
Yay!
Played unblock with Wanling and Emily.
Andy and Kenny slept for a large part of the lectures.
Apparently they were going rollerblading later.
So.
Bought macs and ate at Kenny's house.
Mosquito drama.
I have never seen people getting so uptight over mosquitoes before...
Watched some diving thing.
Watched some angry birds thing.
Borrowed Kenny's clothes.
Went to ECP.
Andy had really loose blades.
Too skinny already.
And maybe he needs more practice.
The rest were doing really well.
Okay.
Well.
For our standard.
Haha and Andy had many NDEs today.
And fell down quite a number of times.
But I had to leave at about 3.
But really good practice after so long...
I remember the last time I did it...
Another guy and I was blading while the others were cycling.
Really tiring.
And of course.
Tragically.
I fell down really badly.
Because of something quite reckless.
It's like a high speed collision, just that you couldn't call it a collision.
It's more of a high speed collapse.
And yes the spokes of bicycles are really painful.
And for some reason, the photo is not on facebook...
So in the meanwhile, I changed my profile pic.
And now it's a nice white one.
Fine, it's not nice.
Maybe I should change it back to the one with the black cat?

Нездоровый
Not feeling too good.
Woke up on Friday with a very very dry and painful throat.
We transferred to LT4 for bio so it wasn't so bad.
Went again.
This time they unsuccessfully tried to install the program.
Felt a bit bad and unsure.
Spent the weekend playing POP.
Really good.
Cause it is full of puzzles!
I would think SOT is better than TWW.
And it's like seeing a story unfold.
So interesting.
School tomorrow.

Свобода
I'm free!!
I'm free!!
Not really.
But at least now I'm at ease...
~
MONDAY
PW OP on Monday.
The previous group before us was really really good.
And they did this video thing where in the video someone was reaching out and grabbing the shoe, while the girl actually reached behind a screen a pulled out a shoe.
Our presentation was one of the best we had.
But the Q&A was a bit screwed up.
Luckily, we spotted some parts of the questions.
But it seemed they kept asking about Alissa's part and asked Alissa about LongWen's part.
OGL interview.
Let's pretend it didn't happen.
Nuff said.
TUESDAY
Passed up the GPF.
Never felt more relieved.
Although I missed some parts of math lecture so I'm very blur.
Found out Andy missed out a significant portion of MH.
And wondered how he progressed so fast.
*horn camper*
And QianYu got Rebecca to play The It Girl.
Which was so bimbotic.
Which made me kind of ashamed when I started saying "Don't get those shoes, it's not hot!"
Well, did they have this hotness meter.
Whatever.
Went for Chem Olympiad.
Met Aric.
And found out that he's taking NTU Chem H3.
WTS.
Anyway, it was really really difficult.
Haha.
Some guy from NY came in late.
Then the invigilator said "Nanyang, here. Here. All the brown JCs are in this block one"
LOL.
Which is true!
The whole block is full of JCs with brown school uniforms, with the exception of ACJC sitting at the back.
And you can see the people started leaving halfway through the paper.
Funny how high digit JCs leave earlier.
Starting with those I rarely see.
Then those in the midpoint range.
Then the 7 and 8.
Then the 6.
Then the 4s.
The only people in the end is a handful of 6s, some 4s and all of the 3s.
Funny eh?
Anyway, the paper was difficult TTM.
It's not like Bio which is largely recall.
It has a lot of application of concepts.
Instead of guessing the facts in Bio, you are guessing the concept in Chem.
It's like...
For bio... It seems familiar...
For chem... It seems logical...
Well, managed to finish it.
Although a lot of it will be wrong.
And I have no freaking idea how to do the rates.
So I just did a heck lot of logical algebra.
And again, I missed Chem and Econs lectures for this.
And, it took me two and a half hours to get home.
Seriously.
Firstly, it was raining damn heavily.
So some of us had to take the bus a few stops.
Then take the underpass to the other side of the road, just to take the bus on that side of the road.
Took an MRT.
All the way.
Finally I took a bus.
And it really seemed that the bus would be full and I would have to wait for the next bus.
But luckily (or not so luckily) the bus driver got everyone to squeeze at the back.
So in the end, I stood squeezily at the front of the bus.
Having to reach out and hold the nearest bar which is actually freaking far.
All the way back.
And it was tiring and painful.
And the for some unknown reason, the bus took damn long at the traffic light areas.
So we had to wait and wait and wait.
And the bus jerked and jerked and jerked.
Which made me damn sick.
And finally home.
I took off my shoes and socks.
And my feet was SO wet.
It lost all form and just stuck to the floor like frog's feet.
Eww...
WEDNESDAY
Went to lan again.
Played the same thing.
And again, in each round, I either was the first or the last.
Strange, huh?
THURSDAY
Went for lectures.
And again, LT5's aircon was spoilt.
And the worst part is that we had to stay in there the whole time.
Unlike the physics people who could go off and have a lecture somewhere else.
But in the second half, I sat near a fan.
So it felt so much better.
Went to NUS.
NUS is really hilly.
Have to climb and climb.
Really interesting.
Like the first floor of one building leads to the third floor of another and the second floor of another.
Went there too early.
And it was really quite awkward.
And found out that I could do something more exciting.
Did the stuff I was told for a long period of time.
Because I just didn't dare to tell him that I was done.
So I just helped him straighten out the WHOLE thing.
Met some of the others.
LOL.
During the introduction, he accidentally left out some guy.
And he said "Leave me out!"
LOL.
And it was really quite funny.
Reminds me of benong.
And there was this guy who was a bit...
Basically, I wouldn't even dare to look at him.
*sigh*
And again with the office humour.
LOL.
Some of the guys were talking about being TDH.
Then a girl asked "What is TDH?"
"Oh it means Tall Dark and Handsome"
"What? So I'm Tall Fair and Pretty ah?"
LOL.
For some reason, this kind of interesting humour is characteristic of those below.
I remember an internship.
The pupils were talking about this hit series called "The Pupil"
And they were like
"What is it about?"
"It's about you babe"
"Yeah! They should totally let us go home early just to watch it! I mean it IS about us right?"
"It's like we HAVE to watch it or something"
Anyway.
Tomorrow is Day 2.
I hope it won't be too bad.

Болит телят
Did PW rehearsals today.
And rehearsed MANY times.
Well, many compared to the previous times.
At first was Weiting's group.
But for some reason they stopped after Andy.
Then Sherman's group created this damn funny video with greatly enlarged heads.
And we presented to the other group.
And the other group presented to us.
And at some points, there was nothing that I could possibly say.
So I just did the Sheldon's smile.
LOL.
TBBT is SO funny!!
Anyway, had lunch with Tracey and QY at PH.
And I realised that I have suddenly become really really really mean (in a By sort of way).
And I swear I will stop after Monday.
After that I would return to my normal peaceful and serene state.
And just try not to ask me about PW after that.
Went to Orchard MRT Station.
And they were sitting at the same place.
As always.
On the way there, I stopped at Suntect and wanted to take MRT to Orchard.
Man, was that a mistake.
Perhaps the many times in which I did it was not very clear to me at the moment.
But things appear very differently when you are walking really quickly in a rush.
And I tell you that City Link is über long.
Seriously.
If you are in Suntec, just take the Circle Line via Esplanade Station.
Sure there are more stops, but it will definitely take a shorter time.
And it will save you a lot of energy.
Ooh, my aching calves.
In the end we went to Seoul Garden to eat.
And as per usual, the normal spamming of meat, meat and more meat.
And the melting of deserts.
Camwhored a little bit.
Apparently Roger may or may not be coming back.
No one is certain.
But it's so said if that is the case...
On the MRT on the way home, I was standing next to this guy.
It is a man.
Probably in his thirties.
He was wearing a long sleeve shirt with black pants and black shoes.
He has this expensive looking watch.
And he had an iPad.
But that's not the main thing.
He was calling friend after friend to talk.
And for each friend he was saying something like "I just got off work... .... wrong place at the wrong time".
With a proliferation of F words everywhere.
And then he was talking cock with his kakia.
To sum it up, he was complaining that he had to work late because he was unfortunately assigned it when he bumped into someone or when he stayed back a little longer.
Which made him very resentful.
And like seriously?
From what I have seen and heard.
His job pays quite well and he is complaining about it with a plethora of F words.
And he complains that he got assigned some extra work stuff.
What is the worst part?
He was playing Luxor on his iPad.
WTF.
Why is he complaining about staying back a while when the best thing he could do then was talk cock and play Luxor?
For those who don't know what Luxor is.
It is a game in which a row of balls will stem from the start point to the end point and you shoot balls into the row of balls forming groups of 3 or more and this causes the group to disappear as the aim of the game is to not let the balls get into the end point.
And in all seriousness, it is placed with the other games that on PC would cost 3 for 20.
If you actually do buy it.
Like what the hell...
And then the guy beside him kept giving him weird stares.
And I would too if I was sitting next to him.
A girl sitting diagonally across to him also stared at him very angrily too.
And I was not happy at all.
Disappointing.

ЛВС
Went the Plaza Sing today.
Waited sometime with YC for Roger.
And then waited with Roger for Stephen.
But then we must have gotten tired of waiting so we went to the place and started first.
And the rest slowly came one by one...
All in all, we spend 3 to 4 hours playing.
But it was so worth it.
Especially since I'm starting to get good at it.
For some stages of course.
I keep throwing this jar for the sniper, but I have no idea what it does.
But the sniper's arrow is good.
Almost like a rocket launcher.
And I was lucky enough to have an account with fish for the Scout.
The fish does imba damage and when you kill someone it becomes a fish kill.
LOL?
So tired out of my wits.
But didn't have time to go to the library.
On the way home, saw a black cat with a long tail and yellow eyes.
Very cute.
I stopped and it meowed at me.
Then I stood there and looked at it.
And it walked towards me to brush against my legs.
But seeing how I was looking at a strange cat in the middle of the night, I just walked away without touching it.
Hmmm... If only my page views can keep up the rate for this month for the rest of the month...
It would be a record high in 4 months and the second highest in 6 months, which is also the entire lifetime of this blog...

Симс
The title is actually supposed to be The Sims, but you know Russian.
Hahaha, I guess I need to explain.
The Russian language do not have articles.
Moving on.
PW OP preparation today.
Today must be the most productive day in PW OP preparation history!!
We rehearsed 3 times!!!
THREE TIMES!!
Pop the champagne.
OMG.
Seriously, The Big Bang Theory is making me extremely fluent in sarcasm.
And PW is making me a bit mean (in a MG sort of way).
LT 1 is so cold and nice...
But the toilets upstairs really stinks of urine.
The entire area outside the LT1 doors stinks.
Seriously.
(That "seriously" was seriously unnecessary.)
[That "seriously" was unnecessary too.]
{The above three lines are very unnecessary and this line is too. Why do people need to know that something they have just read is unnecessary? Not like they can "unread" it...}
Went for lunch with Xuena's group minus Xuena.
Plus QY and Ariel.
Rebecca was panicking because she didn't want to be late for strings.
And the rest was funny as usual.
(Funny in a laughable sort of way, not the weird sort of way. Yeah that's what I meant.)
[Or did I?]
{Please ignore that, I have gotten a little tiny teensy bit crazy lately}
{My point exactly.}
Decided not to watch The Big Bang Theory, for fear of causing unrepairable damage to my sense of humour.
Played The Sims 2.
Very fun.
I just wish I could play it all night through, maybe it's time to stay over at a friend's house again.
I remember the last time was silent hill and DMC.
Which reminds me that I still have yet to complete ver 3...
But its so difficult.
Maybe I'm not meant for 3rd player slasher/shooter...
And Weeshan said that it is still hard to navigate because the above words are in Russian.
So I glanced upon Kenny's blog and I guess I shall post one just like his for fun:
Welcome to Gerald's blog.
navigations are the five words of lyrics.
they are profile, entries, tagboard, works and links navigations respectively.

Отредактированный
Edited my blog!
Now it looks so nice.
So much more user friendly.
And got rid of all those unnecessary and cumbersome scroll-bars.
And added a border for each post.
(Blast from the past?)
So happy.
Happy.
Speaking of which.
Fairy Tail is really good.
The manga is superb.
But the anime is not as good.
It is good but not as.
But then because you kind of know the plot, you also find that the anime is a little bit draggy and you don't feel the same emotional effects anymore.
Like you don't feel the same way reading the part about lluvia as when you watched it.
So now I guess I would stop reading the mange and hope the anime catches up.
So I would enjoy the anime then the manga.
Am I thinking and planning too much?
Must be due to watching too much TBBT.

Почти
Went for Biology Olympiad.
It was really really grueling.
200 MCQs in 3 hours.
No time no time.
And don't under-estimate MCQs, you know how Biology MCQs are like.
Long and difficult.
Went for an art exhibition after that.
And to my shock and horror surprise, I saw 2 teachers there.
One was Mr Young.
He said hi.
One was another teacher I have seen around school, but have no idea what he actually teaches.
He just smiled.
Went for PW meeting.
Same old same old.
*sigh*
The Big Bang Theory is really really funny!!
OMG.
Unbelievable.
At the beginning, it was quite novel because there was really a lot of scientific references.
Over time, you kind of get used to it.
And it is just exceedingly humourous.
I now understand what everyone was talking about.
For some reason, I seem to be able to relate with a lot of things Sheldon says and does.
I would try to tidy someone else's room, albeit now break into the house in the middle of the night.
I remember this friend who would make scientific jokes, and I laughed like Sheldon.
I would be the only one who got it.
And the laughs would be very abrupt and cut short because everyone would be staring at me giving me the "what the hell did that mean?" look.
*sigh* and in a physical confrontation, I was less that useless.
Thankfully, the similarities end there. (or do they?)
It's like the story of my life.
No, I'm from Omaha.

Биологии
It was a really difficult choice but I finally decided to choose Biology H3.
Have to really mug now.
Studying for biology olympiad on saturday.
Got convinced by Andy to sign-up for OGL.
When I was filling up the form, I think I may have wrote it too expressively.
Now it doesn't sound like someone who is very enthu anymore.
Just someone who is very purposeful.
And the animals I chose were quite funny.
Damn scared for the interview.
Wondering why although that there are a lot of people playing the piano (while everyone is trying to study and do work), they almost never play any classical pieces.
Imagine if during Oral Presentation, someone decides to play Fantasie Impromptu very loudly.
Everyone will be so stunned, and I wouldn't even be able to concentrate during the presentation.

Мечты
Yesterday.
Went to school.
Did more of the hao ci hao ju.
And saw Andy eat breakfast.
*envious*
I mustn't have been paying attention to the time because I was 10 minutes late for Chinese.
And the bell didn't ring.
Even the 7:40 one.
Walked into the classroom expecting EVERYONE to be staring at me.
Lo and behold.
The back row was almost completely empty except for Ariel, Nigel and some other class people.
Turns out that the PW group consisting of Kenny, Weeshan, Sherman and Rebecca was late.
Half an hour late.
And then I remembered that they stayed overnight at Rebecca's house.
Turns out they slept at four.
WTH?
Hung out with Clarence's group after school while waiting for 2 teachers.
Clarence comments were really funny.
Today.
Because everyone was late yesterday, the chinese teacher made everyone come to school at 7:40 today.
This time I made it just on time.
Coming in the same time as the teacher.
Turns out that everyone was late again.
But not that late.
Maybe they forgot like Rebecca who only came in at 8.
Had to practice with the PW after school.
Dreams.
These past 2 days, I also had dreams.
I think dreams are totally cool.
It is like living out something you would not normally do.
It's like going to a movie where the first person is you.
And you feel everything.
Yesterday, I dreamt of snakes.
Freaky.
Today, I dreamt of going to Russia.
Again.
I remember the first time I dreamt of it.
It seems to follow the same pattern.
Apparently traveling to Russia from another part of Europe is very easy, convenient and fast.
And I mainly meet a few people.
A part would express hostility and a part would be very neutral.
This time, I was travelling to Russia by train.
When I left, it was 1pm in London, (or was it 3?)
Maybe it was 1 in London and 3 in Russia.
Which would mean that my destination would be the Kaliningrad Oblast.
Somehow, I expected the train to be able to get me there in 5 hours.
A bit impossible eh?
There I met with a family which took me in.
I understood them and a lot of things happen which I'm not so sure of anymore.
The rest of the family was very neutral.
But the father was shouting at me and scolding me for some reason.
Weird.
Here's a nice video from Ukraine's got talent.
It has a deeper cultural and historical significance of Ukraine and World War 2.
Plus her dressing is suitable for the piece, she is very dramatic and has a great black, flat bangs and shoulder length side combination.

Околосмертные переживания
Rained today and bumped into Suhui at the bus-stop.
Turned out that she didn't have an umbrella and was just waiting there.
Chinese test was quite badly done.
Quite funny when the teacher was scolding students and the rest of them went "shhhhh".
Went to Thaipan with part of the class after much deliberation on many people's part.
When we were walking back to school.
Me, Wanling, Rebecca and Qian Yu had a Near-Death Experience.
We were walking on the side of the road in Mandarin Gardens when this bus turned just in front of us.
It passed really really really close to us.
And me playing Fruit Ninja on Rebecca's phone kept walking forward and didn't see it.
Thankfully Rebecca pulled me back and saved me.
After Qian Yu pulled Rebecca back and saved her.
And Wan Ling was standing closest to the road so the bus passed by her the nearest.
It was really really scary.
Shocking.
Really.
Unbelievable.
Never going to do anything when I'm walking ever again.
Did PW.
But had to leave early.
Just experienced an earthquake.
This one was quite vigorous.
But only lasted for about 10 to 20 seconds.

Ложное чувство безопасности
Finally submitted the WR.
Very very very relieved and happy.
Sorry if I have become really really really irritable the past week.
Rebecca had nice food during Chinese lesson.
Weeshan's group had a picture that was in black and white for some reason.
So they decided to come my house to print.
Quite interesting.
They thought that the black cat at my block was really big and scary.
Well, I have seen bigger and scarier cats such as Garfield, another cat in the estate.
It is big, yellow and damn ugly.
Seriously, you would think it had some disease or something.
And they said its eyes were scary too.
They are really fascinating.
By the way, did you know that Pig is albino?
Didn't freak out as much when they saw all the mess.
But after that they started looking at pictures of 'pretty people.
Also printed out a nice CD cover for the soft copy of the WR.
Went back to school.
Passed it up.
SO happy.
At lunch at the canteen with the rest.
Contrary to Andy's opinion, it wasn't a debate.
More of a clarification.
Question: Do you feel fuller if you ate noodles that have soaked up a bowl of soup compared to when the noodles did not soak up the soup.
Answer: Yes.
Although the mass of both are the same.
It all boils down to the physiology of the digestive system.
Firstly, when you first ingest something, the muscles of the pyloric sphincter contact and causes it to close.
This prevents food from leaving the stomach to ensure enough time for the enzymes and the acid to act on the food particle for better digestion.
However, tight as the pylorus may be, it does not completely prevent liquids from passing through.
Hence, if the noodles have not soaked up the water, the noodles will not be able to pass through and would remain in the stomach and the water would be able to pass through, resulting in a less full stomach.
If the noodles have soaked up the water, it now has to depend on the water potentials.
As it takes some time for the water to leave the starch complexes of the noodles, considering that it took some time for the water to enter in the first place, the volume of food remaining in the stomach is larger.
The stomach is able to expand to about five times its normal size depending on the amount of food present.
The nerves around the stomach respond to the expansion and transmits signals to the brain, resulting in the feeling fullness.
The feeling of fullness also corresponds to the stimulation from the stomach.
Hence, when there is more food in the stomach, you would feel more full. (duh)
And to think that I am going to have only 5 days to go through 1000 pages?
And at the rate that this will go, I would have to study 1 page every 2 minutes.
Hope that it would be worth it.

Работы по проекту

Sums up how I feel about PW right now:
Overwhelmed.
I think I must have the busiest two months after promos in the school.
PW, CL, BO, CO, RP.
I'm losing time as fast as the the human population is losing its sources of clean water...

свободное падение
Got back more papers.
Got a C for Econs.
And the overall is still C just nice on the dot.
Thanks to the continual assessment.
Disappointed that it could not have been higher, even with all the essays...
But I kind of expected it because I didn't complete the paper.
Some essay parts were unfinished and I didn't do the last part of the CSQ.
Next time I will definitely write faster.
I'm glad it's still and improvement.
Biology lesson was a bit strange.
Turns out I was the most improved student.
Go figure.
Chinese results were really horrible.
But Ariel got stellar results.
GP results were also bad.
Only got back paper 1.
Still horrible.
But managed to improve by 2 marks.
While Weeshan got stellar results.
Funny how everyone says I would do well for GP just because I'm in Writer's Circle.
Well, it may be true if I were writing a narrative...
And maybe because I always seem to panic to write fast for GP that I just chuck out all the language use.
In the end, I sound like someone presenting a speech or a presentation.
I should consider practicing writing fast with beau language.
And I'm also really glad that Ms Cai handed our PW WR script back today.
Or else we would have died from rushing.
*haiz*
They also expect us to focus both on our PW and Chinese at the same time.
It seems.
Well, it also seems like they just want us to do PW and just like take Chinese as if "Hey today there is a Chinese exam, well I better sit for it."
So unbelievable.
Anyway, looking through and considering some H3s.
Quite a few to choose from.
Got a bit bored and looked through other subjects which I wasn't taking.
Ucles humanities were just research papers.
Geopolitics was really really interesting.
Physics seems almost a must for those pursuing physics and related fields.
It is pure physics.
And it truly lives up to the name "essentials".
They are difficult to comprehend and apply.
But they truly are some of the key concepts in Physics.
Anyway have to study for Chinese.
Argh.

диадема
Haven't been posting in a looong time.
Exams were okay.
Econs and GP were exceptionally difficult.
*sigh*
Open house was fun too...
Shuttled between the Writer's Circle booth and the Science Research Society booth.
WriC had really little business.
Only about 10 people actually approached the booth.
Basically we had a few tables and had our written works on it.
The WriC banner was screwed up.
The first one was over done with glitter.
The second one had smudges all over it so we had to draw stars to cover them up.
And in the end, we looked like Astronomy Club.
We also wrote a triple couplet to promote our booth.
It goes something like this:
If there be dearth, let this be wealth.
For pieces are aplenty for thee to delve.
Tis' this table where great works are ample.
Lying in wait for thee to sample.
If thou shalt be willing to browse,
It shall untie the knots between thy brows.
Halfway through, we figured that our presence of scaring away people.
So we decided to just abandon the booth so that more people will come.
Theoretically.
And enjoy ourselves are the milo van.
Soooo good.
Science research was fun too.
Gave out flyers.
Helped out at the experiment where we played with plasma balls.
And explained the yeast alginate beads to many people at the booth.
There was a group of girls which were like...
Well it was really strange.
They passed by the booth.
They faltered and stared at the beads.
And asked "what is that?"
"Yeast alginate beads"
"Cool"
Walked away.
Came back again.
Now everyone was staring very intently at it.
"What is that?"
"What is this?"
"How does it do that?"
"I don't understand"
"How about this?"
"A dye, could we try a different colour one?"
Well, so I fruitlessly tried to make a blue colour bead.
"Well, the colour doesn't turn out very clearly as blue is not as strong as red"
"Cool"
"Good job"
Walked away.
Came back again.
And now they asked "Can we take a photo with you? My friend here is really interested about chemistry"
Took a photo.
And it was so strange.
Weird.
Monday: Relationship talk.
The videos was interesting.
Waited until 1.30 at the treehouse.
And some how they talked about a lot of "interesting" things.
Tuesday: Sex talk.
Very informative.
Some people were grossed out about the photos.
But doing biology, I have seen it all before.
And worse, much worse.
Anyway, today had a lot of free periods.
So we hung out at the tree house a lot.
First, was Ariel, Weeshan, Suhui, Sherman, Andy.
Then Sherman left to play soccer while the rest of us lay down and slept.
Not a lot of sleeping took place.
But the treehouse is very calming and the view was really good.
Second time, was just Kenny, Weebian, Andy.
I have never.
Where you stamped your feet if you have.
But it was quite boring.
Except for Kenny stamping his feet to "I have never kissed a guy before"
Found out I made an extremely careless mistake for bio MCQ.
GP was boring as usual.
But at least he didn't do the normal go through of the questions.
If he had, I might have died.
Got back chem and bio.
It was okay.
But those were the better papers.
I'm so worried for GP and Econs.
AAAAAAh......

Сентябрь праздники
Haven't written in a loooong time.
Busy busy busy.
I feel like I'm going to die.
First day of school!
Andy didn't bring many things today, I should not elaborate any further if I should want to live.
September hols.
Spent that weekend preparing for the exam.
Sat for the exam on Monday and hence didn't go for the extra econs class.
And it went off without any MAJOR mishap.
Not saying that there wasn't any mishap.
There was.
For EVERY piece.
And no it's not music, because it MAY sound like it.
But it's not, it's really not.
Really, I am not being sarcastic.
OMG I sound so sarcastic but it's true!
It's not.
Anyway, I'm damn glad it's over!!
YAY!
Entire year of work for it.
But I'm not sure whether I will pass though.
I remember the year I JUST made it.
Anyway, I spent the rest of Monday ummm... having an after exam break?
Oh yeah and on Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday too...
Although I tried, I really did.
*scream*
Did a bit here and there on Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday.
But there is really so much so much so much to do before promos.
I think I am so going to die.
Did I mention that Criminal Minds is good?
It is.
It really really is.
Wonderful.
Brilliant.
*scream*
Promos.
I really should have started earlier.
omgomgomgomgomg.
*scream*

Запустение
Teacher's Day celebration yay!
Teacher's Day holiday.
Chemistry test.
Quite bad actually.
I couldn't complete 2 parts.
Fire evacuation drill.
Quite funny in bio.
First alarm: copying the bio answers.
Second alarm: start packing up.
Brought our bags to the field.
Thought that we were so going to get screwed for it.
But luckily there was many people with bags too.
Walked directly to the chem lab that was supposedly on fire.
Rushed off after PW to see the teachers at acsi.
Well, acjc had its teacher's day celebrations on friday instead of tuesday.
So everyone decided to go see the teachers together on friday.
Sadly, since it was a friday, all the teachers have left.
Kind of fail eh?
Went to play lan for the first time since I started JC.
L4D2 and TF2.
Although we shouldn't have stayed on the same map for so long, got slightly boring.
Except for when suddenly everyone agreed to only use melee.
Went spotlight to get stuff.
Blah blah blah.
Zoom all the way to the present.
I feel really really emotionally empty.
Like it all seems to meaningless.
So desolate.
Like I'm an emotionless shell.
Like I'm fading away.
Uh, just read my twitter.

Носовое кровотечение
Had a nose bleed today.
During biology test!
Ahhh, I couldn't finish the bonus question!!
PE was all right and a bit funny too.
I can't forget Shirley swinging and spinning 360 degrees and missed the ball.
And how I accidentally hit Nigels behind with the ball.
Did a mental calculation.
With 8 of 25 of the class on twitter.
We have 32% of the class on twitter.
Everyone should totally join twitter.
Like totally.
LoL.
Haha, WeeBian asked Venus to "bimbo" the ball.
And that's what she did.
LOL.

Sunburnt
Happy National Day.
Went to Sentosa yesterday!
Very fun.
But Stephen overslept. -_-
Although no one brought anything we could use to play.
Ended up buying a volleyball and Frisbee there.
But the frisbee was very light and hence sucked.
The beach was not as crowded as expected.
The sand was really really hot.
Like really.
Also played poker and something jack where you have to perform tasks related to the cards.
Convinced Johnson to stay.
Ate dinner at subway.
Although some of them decided to watch fireworks with someone special.
Still a bit red from yesterday.
The tan lines are horrible.
Really.
Haven't done anything productive during the holidays.
Econs test on Thurs.
Ahhhh.

Соль
Another week has passed.
MONDAY
Did 2.4
Got an E =P
TUESDAY
Came to school in PE again.
And AGAIN we had to go to the PT and I had to change out.
Chionged 2 Chinese essays and there were seriously crap.
WEDNESDAY
Got confused in Writer's Circle.
THURSDAY
Forgot that there was no ChemOlympiad today.
Ended up going to the lecture slightly late and was stared at by a few people.
PBL presentation was okay...
I did not have a copy of the PBL when I went to school.
So I had to print in the computer lab.
I put in paper.
"Paper jam check the back"
I checked the back and saw nothing.
Okay...
Put in another paper.
"Paper jam check the back"
Okay I got 2 pieces of paper in the printer.
Next break...
Found my 2 pieces of paper next to the printer.
All black and the ink is very smudgy.
Went outside the staff room to prepare for PBL presentation.
And at our table, Pig was sleeping on the chair!
So cute!
The presentation was alright.
Messed up some parts.
Went for econs remedial.
Quite useful.
But I guess I need to practice more.
Went for dinner with Kenny, Sherman, Ariel, Weebian and Clarence.
Waited for Weebian for quite some time so Weeshan went off first because she had to go to the airport.
Ate the yong tau fu.
Ate at udders.
LoL.
Sherman wrote on Kenny's arm earlier on and I can still see it today.
Clarence and Weebian kind of mocked the things Kenny usually says as a sign of exclamation.
I remember earlier this year when the same thing happened to me.
Haha, but they are just joking around.
But then they said I was a lot like someone in a more serious tone.
*sigh*
But other than that it was all great.
FRIDAY
National day celebration.
Wondered who would ever appear in front of the school in their old secondary school uniform group uniform.
Maybe I would because I just have to many badges.
First time since I entered VJC that we had flag raising (or is it second?)
First time we did the dehartsediya. *one-two-up*
Although no one followed it.
*check-down*
Drama was great.
Really funny.
Waited very long for something exciting to happen.
Namely mass dance.
But then Tracey, Huda and Emily decided to eat lunch.
And I missed it!!!
If there ever was one.
You can't be sure unless you're there to see it.
So I potentially missed it.
But then because it is an event, there would most probably be one.
But on the other hand a lot of people missed it too.
But I guess they aren't as enthu about it as me.
Watched Salt.
SOOOO good.
OMG.
So well-planned.
So unexpected.
And so very cool.
Best movie this year.
And best Angelie movie.
Although it does have a lot of stereotypes.
But it also links to the real world.
But they spoke russian which was one of the main things made me like it.
It would be seemingly ridiculous of russian spies spoke in their heavily accented English when they could just speak russian so that the Americans would not have understood it and they would be more comfortable speaking it.
I'm just saying that other movies and shows have it's characters speaking a heavily accented English when they could just easily speak their own language and just put subtitles.
It sounds weird, it really does.
So great job on using russian.
And an even greater job in getting Angelie to speak russian.
So good.
So good.

Свет
Things are looking up a bit.
I recovered from my sickness.
Once again, I started to ignore my troubling thoughts.
Chem olympiad is fun.
3rd period PE test was good.
The rest of the stations were okay as per usual.
But this time I managed to get a D for SBJ.
But sadly, my pull-up count remains at 1.
Maybe not "remain", because in the test last term, the guy had to push me up a bit to even get 1.
It's never nice to see someone cry.
Makes you feel so sad and angry inside.
I wished I understood your pain.
I really do.
But no one can.
It's your life.
Like how no one can truly understand me.
Simply because they never lived it.
And I don't want the world to see me.
'Cause I don't think that they'd understand.
When everything's meant to be broken
I just want you to know who I am.
Biology seems okay.
Econs seems to be getting more complete in the understanding and essay writing.
I'm sad to say that GP is still boring.
But maybe it's because we are going through the exam papers.
I would really enjoy it if we discussed broadly and more specifically about the world.
And either to stop asking us to participate or get the class to actually participate.
Gotta help out with science carnival tomorrow.
Tracey is getting really worked up about it these days.
PW feels like something is going to go wrong somewhere suddenly.
Had a maths tutoring session with Shirley.
I think she would really improve from this.
And I couldn't resist attempting the questions myself.
On a separate note, recurrence relations is hard ttm.
Went for the A*Star scholarship talk yesterday.
Me and Weeshan managed to drag Sherman into it.
But he wasn't really happy.
He said that he was surrounded by "freaks" or something like that.
Thanks a lot Sherman.
But the scholarship seemed really interesting.
I'm really considering it.
Mr Young is finally leaving.
Signed a card but wrote so much I ended up making a 180 degree turn.
LoL; Reminds me of some people.
"Make a 360 degree turn and..."
LOL!
It's funny when people mess up 360 with 180.
Maybe next time we should just say pi.
"Make a pi turn."
Checked my results on VCSD.
Don't really know what the 2 numbers below the grade and the position mean.
I think it is how high above the Standard Deviation you are.
Realised that the results do not follow a standard distribution because when you are the top 1/3, your score above standard deviation is not 1.
Turns out that our class actually did quite well for GP, comparatively.
Saw pig around school a few times.
So cute, and dirty.

Потерянный
I feel so lost.
Lost...
Maybe it's because I just ponder too much.
Sometimes it's a curse.
I dare not tell anyone, because they may be inflicted with the burden too.
But I also wonder if everyone thinks the way I do.
Maybe, maybe.
But now I feel so lost.
Everything seems to meaningless.
So pointless.
Time passes too fast.
I feel mentally dizzy.
I don't know what to think.

болен
I'm sick.
During the school week I had this really bad fever.
And hence didn't go for third period pe.
And then I was really sick for college day.
And hence didn't go for college day.
Nor the PW circuit thing.
I don't have a fever anymore, but I have this awful cough and blocked nose.
Blocked nose is really quite pissing.
You just can't get rid of it.
There is school tomorrow.
I so stressed.

SCREAM
Tomorrow is Chinese listening compre and I'm so scared.
And my results are horrible.
I'm so very depressed and sad.
And scared.
I feel like I'm imploding or something.
And there are other things I have to do too!
I feel like I'm dying.
Mentally.
Everything is in chaos.

Усталый
Very tired today.
Since yesterday.
Started off with Один
Very happy we are moving on to new stuff.
At 12 was Два
At 1 was Три
And I am so going to fail.
Shit lah.
2:15 met with PW members.
Explained and did the circuit a bit.
Time passed really quickly.
Soldering surely stings your eyes.
5 left for ndp.
Came back.
Tired TTM.
I need caffeine!
But strangely I only like to drink it if it is cold.
Coffee ice blended.
Mmm....
Sadly that Mmmm was in my mind and I do not have a coffee ice blended with me right now.
Zzzzz....

Кофеин
I feel so sleepy and tired now.
Had an entire bottle of milk tea for break this morning.
And I admit.
I'm addicted to it.
After I drink it, I feel a bit high.
I really need sleep.
Sleeeeep.
But I'm scared for fall asleep.
For if I fall asleep, I don't think I would be able to wake up on time.
To do the things I need to do the next morning.
Lesson is.
If you have a lot of things to do, don't sleep at all!
You'll definitely end up oversleeping.
Got the circuit parts for PW tomorrow.
I completely understand the circuit now.
Uhhh, just makes me wish they allowed me to take Physics.
I LOVE Physics.
It's just that I love Biology and chemistry and maths more!
There are 2 parts to physics.
JC1 Physics is simply conventional physics: Easy
JC2 Physics is quantum physics: Exceedingly Interesting.
*sigh*
I remember the good old days of studying advanced physics.
Planck's constant.
Stefan-Boltzmann law.
Relativity equations.
Gravitational constant.
Quark: UDTBSC
Schrödinger's uncertainty principle.
Dx Dp >= hbar / 2
Neutrinos.
Bethe-Weizsacker cycle.
Twin paradox.
Pole and barn paradox.
Hubble's Law.
Electron and neutron degeneracy.
Doppler effect.
Emission and Absorption Spectra.
Gravitational lensing.
Parallax.
Optics.
Chandraskr limit.
TOV limit.
Colour and Flavour.
Strong, EM, Weak, Gravity.
GUT theory.
Gluons, bosons, photons and the much debatable gravitons.
The definite worst was when you had to differentiate or integrate in physics.
Difficult TTM.
So you would ask why did I take Biology?
Well, I LOVE it and I would definitely learn much more than if I continued taking Physics.

Исчерпанный
3rd period pe was very draining.
Very draining indeed.
Even though I think we did less compared to the other sessions.
Maybe it's because we train the same parts all together without switching in between.
Very tired.
And a lot of stress.
Haha, I still remember during our PW discussion.
I nudged Alissa's arm saying something about us not having mentees anymore.
Then like 20 seconds later she suddenly said
"who touched me?"
And Wan Ling purposely misconstrued the meaning.
LOL.
And Miss Cai was there too.
Must be she didn't know I was sitting next to her and thought that some supernatural being nudged her.
Also, econs lecture was horrible because there was no aircon until later.
And by the time the lecture ended, it still wasn't cold.
During break we dabaoed from the Malay stall again.
And the aunty there said that next week cannot dabao anymore.
Because everyday also we dabao from that stall.
LoL.
And Sherman's PW group is giving pokemon to people according to their first letter names.
EEE!
I don't want Gardevoir!
Bastard siah Sherman!
I pick Ghastly!

Yay Ghastly!
Ghastly is so surreal.
A floating orb of gas.
So unconventional.
Yup, definitely ghastly.

Пустота
Today was alright.
Chinese was good.
Bio lecture was good too.
Math tutorial was good too.
Math lecture was not as good but still good.
Chem tutorial was good too.
Something was horrible wrong at Writer's Circle.
And I'm SO going to die for it.
Merde.
After pacing around, I went back home.
Leveled.
Got the egg I always wanted.
But isn't it a bit crazy to require 101 eggs just for 1 star?
Nevermind that, that was something else.
And now I feel that I have not been doing anything.
I'm wasting my life away.
Arrgh!
I need to catch up on so many things.
And my weekends are practically gone.
Arrgh!
I need to start doing stuff.
And PW is indeed stressful.
But I guess all this while we have been avoiding this problem.
The problem of overcoming problems.
Which is what PW is really about isn't it?
Ahh! I really want to watch Bones!

Креативность
Today was a good day!
Although, during CT we were doing a bit of chemistry.
Which made Ms Cai a bit upset.
Anyway, PE was a good one.
First time in our JC lives which we were able to play something.
Although, we DO have to go for 3rd period PE on Thursday,
Anyway, we got the volleyball teacher and he taught us about volleyball.
Well, he asked us to split into groups of five and that the guys should split up.
So I thought that everyone was really going to split up and was seeing how the groups are forming.
I kinda expected the girls to form first then say they needed a guy or something.
So I was very blur and joined in the last.
I practiced with Alissa, but the height difference was bad.
Which was the same problem Ariel and Sherman faced.
So actually we should have swapped but anyway.
Our group was the worse, especially me.
LoL.
And the dipping thing is exceedingly painful.
And a lot of running around chasing for the ball.
Bio prac.
Chem lecture.
Chem tutorial.
Bio tutorial.
GP.
Wow time passes really fast.
We were split into groups of 5 in GP AGAIN.
Well mine was the last row.
And it was quite boring since kenny and clarence which were next to me were playing pokemon RSE.
I dunno which version they were playing.
But uh a bit late huh.
I already completed all 3 RSE versions which isn't really a good thing except for saying that I have no life.
So I spent the time writing poetry for Writer's Circle.
Writers Circle! YEAH!!
So under the Written Works section you can find them.
And since the topic today was on censorship, I also wrote one about censorship.
And then Shirley wrote note and passed to Clarence about 2g1c.
And I didn't know what she meant but you can really tell that it's something we shouldn't know.
Sherman said it was eating shit and that's disgusting.
And I discovered Venus also watched Mean Girls and loved it too.
Hmmm...
Maybe most girls have watched Mean Girls?
Anyway, now I can't stop thinking of it.
"I wish we could all get along like we used to in middle school.
I wish I could bake a cake filled with rainbows and smiles and everyone would eat and be happy."
"She doesn't even go here!"
"Do you even go to this school?"
"No... I just have a lot of feelings..."
